A global engineering services company is seeking an experienced leader for the critical role of Engineering Director.Responsibilities:
* Ensure projects are executed on time and within budgets
* Manage the delivery of programs and projects through operational efficiency, optimum resource utilization, and adherence to quality and technical standards
* Establish and grow long-term relationships with new and existing customers
* Develop ideal hiring strategies for the region
* Oversee efforts to increase revenue and improve profitability
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering; MBA preferred
* 15+ years' experience in a business management role with at least 5 years' experience in a leadership position
* Experience managing a very large offshore/onsite/staffing mode of delivery operations
* Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders
* Excellent networking, communication, and leadership skills
