募集背景: A leading global manufacturer of medical products is looking to hire an experienced FP&A Manager. The successful candidate will lead financial planning & analysis working closely with commercial business partners to achieve financial goals and meet financial analysis requirements for strategic and business planning, budgeting, and reporting.

仕事内容: A leading global manufacturer of medical products is looking to hire an experienced FP&A Manager.
Responsibilities:

* Lead preparation of the company's strategic operating plan and budget
* Prepare and review quarterly financial forecasts and update the latest financial estimates on a weekly basis
* Analyze operating results and KPIs and prepare financial data summaries and analyses for monthly closing reviews
* Advise the business leadership team regarding both financial and strategic issues and highlight any risks and/or opportunities to ensure necessary actions are taken
* Provide financial analysis and support for new product launches including pricing strategy and profitability for new and existing promotional programs

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; CPA or MBA is a plus
* 5+ years' FP&A experience
* Strong knowledge of GAAP and an understanding of financial principles and how to apply them to financial analysis
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications and Hyperion knowledge
* Fluency in both English and Japanese
