This position needs to provide enough management and operation in a fast paced environmentsSummery:
Event Manager needs to provide enough management and operation in a fast paced environments to handle staff, customers, contractors, budgeting and financial aspects related all events. Core competencies include: Excellent time management and organizational skills; Enthusiastic and self- motivated; Communication and customer handling skills.
Responsibilities:
•Produce detailed proposals for events (for example, timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets);
•Liaise with sales and marketing teams to publicize and promote the event;
•Lead promotional activities for the event
•Coordinate suppliers, handle client queries and troubleshoot on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly and to budget;
•Research venues, suppliers and contractors, and then negotiate prices and hire;
•Able to communicate with all levels of management
•Produce post-event evaluation to inform future events;

Requirements:
•Proven experience as event manager
•Skilled in project management and public relation
•Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
•Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
•Excellent organizational skills, communication skills with leadership and problem-solving skills
•Customer-service orientation
•Ability to positively influence with integrity to build rapport quickly with key members of the executive team.
Qualifications:
・Mini. of 7 years of experience in event management
・Mini. of 5 years of experience as an Event Manager and management experience.
・University degree: BSc/BA in PR, marketing, hospitality management or related field is preferred
・Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English
・Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office

Preferred:
- 5+years in industry of housing or kitchen field
- 5+ years in industry of home appliances/consumer goods
- 5+ years in Lifestyle/luxury brands
