An international chemical group is searching for individuals willing to undertake a unique training program for HR skills development. Upon completion of a two to three year-program, candidates will be placed in HR positions within a world-leading global organization.

An international chemical group is searching for individuals willing to undertake a unique training program for HR skills development.
Responsibilities:

* Undertake a two/three year program comprised of rotational assignments in a number of key areas, including:
* Workforce planning
* Compensation and benefits
* Talent management
* Mobility management
* Manufacturing site human resources

Requirements:

* University degree or certificate
* Passion for people
* High degree of initiative
* A focus on the market and ability to learn new things quickly
* Strong communication skills; good command of English
