A global advertising and media services provider is seeking an experienced Client Services Executive to support business development.
* Manage client support inquiries and monitor activity reports and orders to proactively offer support to clients
* Manage all daily operations for physical delivery
* Ensure all unresolved issues are properly escalated to administrators based overseas via ticket system
* Provide training on any new features or functionalities developed in the platform
* Identify and develop opportunities to up-sell other services and products
Requirements:
* 5+ years' work experience and at least a year of experience in the advertising industry
* Basic understanding of video and audio technology is an advantage
* Experience in a client service role at a technology company with web-based services and products
* Verbal and written fluency in both English and Japanese
* Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and familiarity with Google applications
