A global chemical manufacturing company is looking to hire an HR Assistant Manager.Responsibilities:
* Oversee various administrative duties related to labor laws
* Provide and coordinate training for employees
* Manage annual performance reviews and management incentive performance for employees
* Manage monthly payroll, bonus payments, social security, labor insurance, and My Number system
* Recruit and manage regular and temporary staff
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* HR operations knowledge and experience
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Ability and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally
* Proficiency in both English and Japanese
