A global software company is seeking an experienced IT management professional for a Director position related to innovative digital transformations.Responsibilities:
* Present and represent the company at conferences and industry events
* Leverage industry presence to gain access and lead conversations with customers and prospects
* Contribute to the company's overall message and positioning
* Provide input to development and product management teams regarding customer needs
* Lead cross-functional teams to accomplish goals
Requirements:
* 10+ years' IT management experience
* 5+ years' experience in service management and/or digital transformation
* Experience with large IT transformation in manufacturing
* Ability and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally
* Advanced verbal and written proficiency in both English and Japanese and the ability to make large-scale presentations in both languages
