募集背景
A position for an experience R&D professional has arisen at an international makeup and cosmetics firm. Located in Shanghai, you will be responsible for production processes of company products for penetration into the Japanese market.
仕事内容
【年収800万円～1200万円】
Responsibilities:

* Take charge of R&D for makeup products in line with company's mid- and long-term goals
* Be responsible for the selection and testing of raw materials
* Assess customer needs to direct the development of new products for the Japan market
* Manage the development team, providing guidance to sharpen technical skills and team effectiveness

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in chemical, chemical engineering, etc.
* 8+ years in R&D for an international brand
* 3 years' team management experience
* Familiar with skin care products and related raw materials
* Ability to relocate to Shanghai, China
