An organization that publishes an international newspaper is searching for a bilingual Japanese/English speaker to join them as an Account Manager.Responsibilities:
* Identify upsell and risky accounts within allocated bank of business and ensure renewal and upsell opportunities are maximized
* Ensure all renewals are well planned and that work commences at least three months in advance
* Work with the appropriate support departments to ensure customer issues are handled consistently and effectively
* Stay up-to-date with market and competitor developments and speak with confidence on the company's value proposition
* Document all sales activity in Salesforce and maintain the sales pipeline
Requirements:
* 4+ years' related experience, preferably in institutional sales in either a relationship manager or new business development role
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience using CRM systems
* Native level Japanese; business level English proficiency
