A multinational pharmaceutical company is searching for a Head of E-Commerce with experience in both B2C and B2C e-commerce operations and platforms.Responsibilities:
* Setup, scale, and lead the company's e-commerce function in Japan, handling both domestic and cross-border product portfolios
* Serve as the primary point of contact within the e-commerce organization for both internal and external stakeholders
* Act as a project manager to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, and implement e-commerce initiatives
* Develop and execute strategic and tactical business plans related to e-commerce strategy
* Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase e-commerce sales and profitability
Requirements:
* Experience with both B2C and B2B e-commerce operations and platforms
* Experience in a local e-commerce platform preferred
* Results oriented with strong business judgment and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Fluency in both English and Japanese
