- An exciting opportunity in HR at one of the world's leading luxury automobile companies has opened up for a seasoned individual. As the Compensation & Benefit Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for the review of annual C&B processes as well as other related issues throughout the year.

【年収650万円～700万円】Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the review of annual C&B processes as well as other related issues throughout the year.
* Review annual compensation and benefits for employees
* Arrange and conduct annual C&B surveys
* Schedule regular health and safety meetings, aiming for 100% health check completion
* Offer support with regards to social insurance issues
Requirements:
* 6+ years' experience in Compensation & Benefits
* In-depth knowledge of Japanese labor laws
* Fluent Japanese, business-level English
* Health and Safety Management certification is an advantage
* Basic accounting and SAP knowledge is a plus
