- 仕事内容
-
東京支社および埼玉支社のファシリティマネジメントに従事いただきます。(埼玉本社は月2~3回程度)Responsible for providing a range of office administration work, including day-to-day operational management of all aspects of the properties to assure maintenance of approved quality standards, reception, cleaning, telephony, property safety and maintenance, prepare, coordinate and ensure that all fire, life safety, and other safety programs, among others. Also responsible for leading, managing and delivering the critical operational requirements of the contract, be an excellent communicator, a clear decision maker and be an approachable people manager with a good all-round knowledge of Employee Relations, with an understanding of delivering both hard/soft service facilities management and supplier management. Also responsible for supporting overseas subsidiaries maintenance and management.

・To be competent in operating a communication device and understanding a diagram or a manual
e.g. Majored in civil engineering or architectural course in the university (preferred)
・Possess good communication skills, proper rapport with people, an analytical mind with proper decision-making skills, proficiency in math and accounting, multi-tasking and organizational skills, basic computer skills, leadership skills and ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, complete tasks independently or as part of a team.
・At least 4-5 years’ experience in facility management in a company with more than 300 employees
・Experience in negotiating and working with external service providers; establishing contracts, contract administration, payments and scheduling.

Should have following license/certification:
・Fire and Disaster Manager License, provided by local fire station
・Safety Drive Administrator Certificate, provided by local police station
・Business English skill (email writing at least)
・Health administer - 2nd grade
・Real-estate transaction specialist
