【最大年収800万円】Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers in and out of Japan
* Develop a pipeline of talent for filling vacant positions
* Screen and shortlist candidates for successful, timely recruitment
* Maintain compliance with Japan-side systems and processes
* Educate hiring managers on HR recruitment processes
Requirements:
* 5+ years' recruitment experience (biotech, engineering, life sciences is a plus)
* Experience with direct sourcing
* Track record of high volume recruitment
* Strong bilingual Japanese and English ability (written and spoken)
