- A global air conditioning manufacturer is searching for an individual with extensive HR experience for a position as Senior HR Manager. In this role you will provide HR project management and information systems (HRIS) support to the company's global HR team.

【年収1000万円～1200万円】Responsibilities:
* Provide HR consulting and solutions related to the development of organizational capacity
* Lead the planning of HR services that meet global standards and defined KPIs for quality, speed, cost, and customer satisfaction
* Lead HR IT projects and manage all related internal and external communications
* Leverage HR resources to provide HRBP coverage for a variety of teams
* Lead and manage HRIS cross-functionally and build strong business relationships with internal clients to help develop organizational design
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; project management certification is a plus
* 7+ years' HR generalist experience with at least 5 years' experience in a managerial role; 5+ years' HRIS and HR IT experience
* Strong knowledge of labor laws and related regulations
* Demonstrated experience in coordinating, planning, and deploying HR programs and initiatives
* Proficiency in both English and Japanese
