【年収1300万円～1600万円】Responsibilities:
* Provide sound legal advice and counselling to business partners on various healthcare industry-related matters, including but not limited to general corporate, commercial, regulatory, anti-trust, intellectual property, employment laws and business transactions among others
* Serve as a member of the lead team in on of the business units and make decisions that impact that business unit
* Influence complex business or technical issues and drive solutions that impact results within a business area
* Work closely with colleagues/internal business partners to proactively identify and prevent legal risks
Requirements:
* 5+ years' legal experience in a multinational environment or legal firm
* Licensed attorney; bar qualification in Japan, the US or a Commonwealth jurisdiction
* Native level Japanese; business English
