募集背景
A global industrial and consumer goods company is in the market for a Business Development Manager to be located in Kanagawa. This position will be responsible for improving company practices through the execution of business strategies and analysis.
仕事内容
【年収800万円～1300万円】
Responsibilities:

* Develop regional strategies including product positioning and the organization of teams and resources
* Foster new account relationships with heavy customer interaction
* Obtain a deep understanding of products and technology to support sales
* Assess customer needs for planning purposes

Requirements:

* 5+ years' of professional experience
* High communicative ability in English and Japanese
* Knowledge of EV battery storage, power conversion systems, and thermal engineering
* University degree, preferably in Chemical/Technical/Electrical Engineering fields, especially at a technical college
