【Extremely competitive salary; please inquire】Responsibilities:
* Provide credit risk management coverage of a portfolio of clients in Asia
* Assess the business and financial strength of the firm's trading counterparts to determine acceptable levels of credit exposure and monitor credit quality
* Analyze the risks inherent in the products the company trades, including increasingly complex derivatives transactions
* Monitor credit trends in the portfolio, perform distressed analysis, and estimate potential impairments
* Represent credit views at various internal committees
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience in a credit risk management role
* Experience with investment banking products including derivatives and loan products
* Track record of independent decision-making and the ability to lead client and business negotiations
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
* Native level Japanese; fluency in English
