募集背景
A global investment bank is looking to hire an experienced Compliance Officer. Reporting to the Head of Compliance for the region, you will be responsible for handling all compliance-related matters in Japan.
仕事内容
【Salary negotiable based on experience】
Responsibilities:

* Plan and execute compliance and AML controls, monitoring, and surveillance
* Ensure suspicious transaction reports are submitted by the required deadline
* Participate in internal, external, and regulatory audits
* Ensure the organisation remains current regarding all relevant local and regional regulatory developments
* Provide compliance training to staff

Requirements:

* 5+ years' compliance experience, preferably in the broking industry
* Strong knowledge of compliance-related legislations
* Business-oriented approach to compliance
