- A multinational internet organization is seeking a financial professional with analytical experience to join them as the FP&A Manager. In this position, the successful candidate will perform financial forecasts and analytical tasks for a world leading company.

【年収800万円～1500万円】Responsibilities:
* Lead both multi-year business planning and annual forecasts with detailed financial for business segments and initiatives; identify opportunities for sales and profit from multiple dimensions and translate them to action plans with priority calls
* Lead forecast updates to keep management informed; conduct timely reviews with explanations of forecast changes and variance vs. actual and communicate business issues to management as well as business partners
* Simulate benefits and costs to the company for new business and business models; support business teams for organization and financial process designs to deliver on ideas
* Conduct overall cost analysis including retail operating components, supply chain and logistics as well as general and administration costs
* With supply chain management, design a strategy to create a low cost supply chain; identify short/long term opportunities for cost reduction and work with the inventory manager to plan appropriate on-hand inventory levels
Requirements:
* 3+ years' as a finance leader in an organization with world class processes or 3+ years' experience in a consulting or financial institution
* Demonstrated financial acumen and analytical experience delivering forecasting, budgeting and project analysis as well as data interpretation of business impact and results (example: what-if scenarios)
* Strong communication skills in both verbal and written form
* Fluent Japanese; business English
