A successful retailer based in Japan is seeking an FP&A Manager to ensure business targets and needs.
* Partner with PC leadership to deliver short and long-term business results required by the company through thought-leadership and data analysis
* Proactively identify issues, opportunities, and/or trends that may impact PC's productivity or profitability
* Lead/support the establishment of manufacturing cost analysis as a new and separate function with the Corporate FP&A team
* Develop annual operating plan that is reasonably stretched but achievable
* Forecast the profitability of the business that correctly reflects the trend and state of business
Requirements:
* 5-10 years of accounting, finance, or industrial engineering experience
* Bachelor's degree in management accounting or finance; MBA is a plus
* Experience in standard costing and manufacturing finance
* Excellent analysis skills with the ability to collaborate with a cross-functional team
* Experience manipulating large databases and excel spreadsheets
