Responsibilities:
* Lead a distributed team of professional services consultants * Ensure high quality service delivery to customers * Maintain the operational effectiveness of the team * Consult with customers regarding pre and post sales initiatives
Requirements:
* 10-12 years' experience in the IT industry * 8-10 years' experience in a customer facing environment such as professional services, sales engineering or technical account management * 3-5 years' team leadership experience * Fluency in Japanese; business English
