- A leading multinational banking and financial services company is looking to hire a Communications Manager with extensive PR and/or marketing communications experience. In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing a range of internal and external communications strategies to increase the company's market presence and reputation.

【年収900万円～1200万円】Responsibilities:
* Develop brand communications strategies to effectively drive initial consideration and brand relevance
* Ensure the development and implementation of effective communications programs to support business goals
* Identify and engage opinion leaders and influential bloggers
* Manage the internal communications program along with other PR team members
* Develop appropriate communication strategies for issue and crisis management
Requirements:
* 7+ years' PR and/or marketing communications experience; experience in a communications agency is a plus
* Strong knowledge of both Japanese media and social media
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Native level Japanese; business level English proficiency
