- An experienced finance professional with hands-on experience in cash flow management and financial closing is sought after by a global manufacturing firm. As Accounting Manager you will report to the group CFO and manage the entire financial accounting matters while based in Kawagoe, Japan.

【年収800万円～1000万円】Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance of operation policies and procedures
* Monitor and control working capital by monitoring and analysing result versus plan
* Provide accurate reporting, assessment, and monitoring of working capital, cash flow, etc.
* Review and agree on business results with each business unit
* Provide accurate financial information and analysis
Requirements:
* University degree or equivalent qualification with 5-10 years of cash flow management experience in a financial management, accounting, or audit function
* Business-level fluency in spoken and written English (TOEIC score of over 600)
* Solid knowledge of financial budgeting and forecasting
* Expert understanding of the Japan GAAP and IFRS
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
