- A global biotechnology company is looking for an experienced HR professional for the role of Talent & Organizational Development Manager. The purpose of this position is to align local business needs with the company's global and regional talent & organizational development strategy and secure effective execution through business partners and third-party vendors.

【最大年収1100万円】Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and delivery of a globally aligned talent & organizational development plan for the assigned territory
* Provide advice and expert input to HRBPs, business leaders, and line managers
* Work closely with HRBPs and internal clients to close performance gaps and create new capabilities
* Support the implementation of globally aligned people processes and platforms
* Work closely with the global talent & organizational development team to ensure consistency and continuous improvement of policies, platforms, practices, and standards
* Evaluate results after implementation using specific functional KPIs
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a business or social science-related discipline
* 10+ years' HR experience, preferably in talent management, learning and development, change management, or employee engagement
* 3+ years experience in HR consulting or HR management
* Strong communication and relationship building skills both internally and externally
* Fluency in both English and Japanese
