Join an internationally well-known restaurant franchise in the role of Field HR Manager. Based in Tokyo, you will manage recruitment operations and employee issues for several regions as the company's regional presence continues to expand.
仕事内容
【Salary negotiable based on experience】
Responsibilities:

* Handle talent acquisition for store staff
* Collaborate with counterparts in retail to plan store development
* Design and manage staff training and retention programs
* Maintain steady contact with corporate HR

Requirements:

* Solid recruitment process knowledge
* Strong understanding of labor laws in Japan
* Expertise in MS Office Excel
* Food and beverage industry experience is a plus
* HR experience at an international company is a plus
