仕事内容: This position will be assisting HR Manager to handle HR operation at Ohta Site.
o Support C&B manager for analyzing and planning Compensation & Benefits data
o Maintain company work regulations up-to-date closely monitoring revision of the related local lawand corporate policy
o Coordination and arrangement local hiring and onboarding process including job description are in-place fofor all position
o Support Site HR manager for labor-union relationship matters
o Support and lead employee relations matters
Put all employees on notice HRpolicies, procedures, laws, standardsand practices
o Maintain SAP HR(Workday)database update
o Assist internal/external audits
AEO(Authorized Economic Operator), ETC(Export Transaction Control), ISOs and financial, governmental audits

応募資格

必須: o Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, lawor a related field.
o 3years’ experiencesin HR operations or or other business experiences in manufacturing environment, post graduate education that may be judged to be equivalent to the former conditions..
o Agility, passionate and energetic self-starter withleadership skill, proactive and strongcommunicationskill, systematic thinking and maturity
o Able to communicatein English.
o Computer literacy, especially excellent “Excel”skills, knowledge and experiences in Access for data analysis is preferred
o Knowledge of HR related regulations/law
