A high-ranking position has opened at a global IT and software company in the role of Enterprise Sales Director. In this position, you will be responsible for company development and operations for the Japan Enterprise Sales team, encouraging competitiveness and productivity to drive revenue to new heights.
仕事内容
【年収2000万円～2500万円】
Responsibilities:

* Raise staff capability on both individual and team levels
* Work towards the minimization of channel and internal conflicts
* Define the company mind set and act as the company leader
* Oversee to the management team, providing guidance or handling staffing when necessary
* Be the key representative of the company at important events

Requirements:

* 15 years' experience in Enterprise Market sales
* 5 years leading a sales organization, 5 years in direct sales
* Proven long term record of meeting sales targets
* Experience in sales of high tech products
* Background in the development of long term sales plans
