- One of the largest automotive manufacturers in the world is looking to hire an Assistance General Counsel to handle M&A. The successful candidate will have extensive M&A experience as well as legal counsel experience in a business environment.

【Salary negotiable based on experience】Responsibilities:
* Provide legal advice related to M&A transactions
* Assist in the preparation of M&A documentation
* Propose polices and strategies to guide the M&A team
* Instruct outside counsels in relevant regions to support M&A transactions
* Draft, review, and negotiate M&A agreements
* Report strategy, status, risk and proposal of M&A transactions to management
Requirements:
* Qualified attorney
* 10+ years' legal experience with at least 7 years' experience in M&A
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
* Business level English proficiency (TOEIC 800+ required, 850+ preferred); Japanese proficiency preferred
