A global telecommunications company is looking for an experienced legal professional for the role of Contract Specialist. This is an exciting in-house position at a true leader in the telecom industry.
仕事内容
【Salary negotiable based on experience】
Responsibilities:

* Draft, review, and negotiate direct and channel sales contracts with customers
* Understand internal channel policy and propose contract solutions to meet customer requests
* Organize internal relevant departments to review sales contracts
* Conduct comprehensive contract reviews and wording integration to ensure integrity and consistency
* Formulate and execute contractual policies and strategies to ensure successful implementation, cost effectiveness, risk avoidance, and mitigation

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree, preferably in Law
* 5+ years' legal experience
* Familiarity with international trade and channel sales
* Native level Japanese; business level English proficiency
