- A global provider of shared workspaces is searching for an experienced Real Estate Counsel. In this role you will work with the real estate legal team to provide legal counsel on matters related to leasing and real estate transactions.

【Salary negotiable based on experience】Responsibilities:
* Negotiate, draft, and structure lease and occupancy agreements for domestic and international projects
* Provide day-to-day counselling to internal business teams on complex real estate, development, risk management, and dispute resolution issues
* Manage outside counsel in the drafting and negotiation of lease agreements and other development documents
* Identify opportunities for and implement internal process improvements
* Resolve any disputes that may arise during the development of a project
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience at a legal firm and/or in-house, preferably a combination of both
* Experience with leasing and other broad transactions preferred
* Strong understanding of the relationship between legal and business risk
* Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally
* Excellent analytical, drafting, and legal skills
