- A multinational financial services group is seeking a deeply experienced compliance professional. As the Senior Compliance Manager, you will lead a team of compliance professionals to ensure regulatory compliance.

【Salary Negotiable based on Experience】Responsibilities:
* Identify, escalate and mitigate compliance risks in a timely manner
* Maintain and develop relationships with regulatory authorities and other related agencies as required
* Ensure that any inquiries and exams by regulators in the country are appropriately managed by relevant compliance officers
* Perform country compliance risk assessments and contribute to risk assessment for the region
* Evaluate internal audit results, regulate identified issues, monitor and test results and advise on required remediation
Requirements:
* 10+ years' compliance experience; in-depth expertise in the Japan market
* Strong relationships with regulatory authorities in japan
* Experience in a large, matrixed financial institution with coverage of central compliance
* Fluency in English and Japanese
