募集背景
An international electronic equipment manufacturer is searching for an experienced Field Marketing Manager with fluent English skills. The successful candidate will be a key member of the company's APAC field marketing team and will work closely with the local sales team.
仕事内容
【年収800万円～1000万円】
Responsibilities:

* Create and implement integrated marketing programs that will achieve the business objectives of the sales and corporate/regional marketing teams
* Use marketing initiatives to drive pipeline generation
* Measure the overall success of implemented marketing programs
* Manage the database of local marketing contacts as well as the schedule and allocated budget
* Identify market trends and create opportunities for market leadership

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
* 5+ years' experience in technology marketing in the software, tech, and/or industrial markets
* Fluency in both Japanese and English
* B2B online marketing expertise and knowledge
* Understanding of the industrial software market strongly preferred
