【年収1200万円～1500万円】Responsibilities:
* Develop processes and architectures for fabricating silicon devices through research and development
* Ensure manufacturability of assigned processes.
* Develop new analytical techniques and applications needed to address the challenges
* Follow priorities and goals outlined by R&D management
* Ensure assignments are aligned with R&D strategic objectives
Requirements:
* Strong project management and people management skills
* Ability to understand and process technology roadmaps, current process constraints, and yield limiting issues
* Experience researching materials, devices, processes, and techniques
* Working knowledge of the device or process
