募集背景
A leading producer of computer hardware and electronics is looking to hire an experienced Business Planning Manager. The successful candidate will use their B2B business planning experience to develop a 4P (product, price, place, and promotion) strategy to maximize revenue and profits.
仕事内容
【年収1000万円～1200万円】
Responsibilities:

* Identify focus segments, products, and routes to grow business based on market/competitive analysis
* Develop strategic actions to grow business in identified area
* Collaborate with other internal teams to develop a 4P plan (product, price, place and promotion) to meet quarterly budgets
* Develop 4P actions for performance tracking
* Review business performance and related KPIs and provide reports on a weekly/bi-weekly basis

Requirements:

* B2B business planning and P&L management experience; multi-channel business planning experience is a plus
* Experience using quantitative analysis to make business decisions
* Business experience in the IT industry preferred
