- An international automotive supplier is seeking a technical candidate with solid knowledge of process and systems to join them in a BP&A role. The position is based out of Nara Plant, and you will be supported by up to 1 local staff to provide technical guidelines when sites have new business module and key business changes in order to implement continuous improvements in reporting and planning/forecasting.

【年収800万円～1000万円】Responsibilities:
* Lead reporting consistency implementation with guide from corporate or regional finance leaders
* Design cross charge module, template, and detailed implementation process
* Proactively monitor and validate the cross charge calculation, booking, and reporting
* Prepare and submit flash reports to local and regional leadership teams
* Coordinate financial review meetings and work with each market segment heads to deliver accurate reporting and financial forecasts
Requirements:
* CPA/CMA qualifications with over 10 years of experience
* Technical knowledge of IT tools such as SAP/Oracle and HFM systems is required
* Excellent planning, operational, and analytical skills
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* Fluency in spoken and written English and Japanese
