【最大年収900万円】Responsibilities:
* Recruit new personnel
* Handle employee orientation, probation assessment, employment agreement, termination, and temporary/contractor staff management
* Lead and drive the performance management process for all managers and supervisors
* Develop, propose, and implement plans that address training/learning needs
* Maintain hard and soft copies of employees' personal files and data
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 5+ years' HR management experience in a multinational company; experience in a manufacturing/sales company is a plus
* Ability to work independently and lead projects
* Proficiency in MS Office applications; advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a plus
* Verbal and written fluency in both English and Japanese
