- A leading multinational music company is looking for an experienced Finance Director. In this role you will conduct accurate and timely financial reporting including the preparation of management and statutory accounts and tax returns.

【年収900万円～1200万円】Responsibilities:
* Maintain precise SAP general ledger accounts which conform to company accounting policies
* Prepare precise management accounting reporting for submission to corporate finance office
* Prepare the local statutory accounts and submit to local auditors
* Review and maintain SOX narratives, flowcharts, and organizational charts and ensure all documentation is up-to-date
* Ensure all SOX reporting requirements are met
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting
* Extensive accounting knowledge inclusive of local accounting standards, IFRS, and GAAP
* Extensive SOX knowledge and ability to ensure company compliance to SOX
* Knowledge of the music industry including issues which directly affect the protection and ownership of copyrights
* Strong statutory company tax knowledge
