【年収500万円～600万円】Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of end-to-end project management for digital events
* Understand client needs to come up with valuable solutions
* Track project resources and manage schedules to ensure successful delivery for clients
* Collaborate with both internal and external customers and teams
* Some travel may be required
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
* 3+ years' customer service experience; 2 in project management or technical post-sales
* Experience in telecommunications and networks
* Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English
* Intermediate capability in MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel); programming language and graphics knowledge a plus
