【年収1000万円～1200万円】Responsibilities:
* Oversee financial and management accounting operations in line with Japanese GAAP and IFRS requirements
* Handle budgeting and forecasting tasks
* Reduce financial and compliance risks and ensure requirements are met
* Lead the finance team, including training and appraisals
* Maintain financial interface of the ERP system and related tools
Requirements:
* 10+ years' finance/accounting experience; 3+ years in management
* US CPA certification or equivalent
* Knowledge of accounting and tax standards in Japan and internationally
* Advanced ERP/Oracle capability
* Native-level Japanese; advanced business-level English
