【Salary negotiable based on experience】Responsibilities:
* Answer and route telephone calls and take messages on behalf of the team
* Type letters, correspondences, reports, and memoranda
* Format special reports and presentations
* Schedule and coordinate meetings and facilities and manage the calendars of designated individuals
* Schedule travel and lodging arrangements and file expense reports for designated individuals
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably in the financial services/banking industry
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Event planning experience
* Proficiency in MS Office applications
* Verbal and written fluency in both English and Japanese
