【年収1000万円～1100万円】Responsibilities:
* Manage overall e-commerce activities in line with the company's business objectives
* Increase sales through digital platforms (mobile and desktop) while creating synergy with retail stores, events, and brand communication
* Partner with NY and Japanese stakeholders, as well as Japan-side management
* Enhance team capacity through day-to-day coaching and talent recruitment
* Oversee CRM database maintenance and upgrades to improve brand loyalty
Requirements:
* 10 years' experience in e-business and CRM, with 5 years directing own team
* In-depth understanding of database marketing and CRM
* Strong English fluency
* Project management skills
* A collaborative team player
