募集背景
A unique opportunity has opened to work across all levels of an international logistics firm in the position of Operations Administrator. If selected, you will coordinate with any and all internal teams to integrate company systems and improve database operations.
仕事内容
【年収800万円～1200万円】
Responsibilities:

* Manage Salesforce data to set up projects, form reports, and identify potential opportunities
* Perform trouble-shooting and user support as necessary
* Keep database updated, processing documentation to optimize usability
* Collaborate with delivery systems staff to improve database design
* Drive system integration by working with teams across all levels of the company

Requirements:

* Understanding of database structures
* Familiarity with Salesforce.com and/or CRM appreciated
* Experience working cross-functionally in an IT company a plus
* Degree in Operations Management or Analytics recommended
