【Salary negotiable based on experience】Responsibilities:
* Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
* Arrange interviews with hiring managers
* Prepare proposed offers for internal approvals
* Manage the background check process
* Prepare and send onboarding documents
Requirements:
* 4+ years' in-house or agency recruitment experience
* Excellent ability to manage stakeholders
* Advanced verbal and written proficiency in both English and Japanese
* Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
