募集背景
A leading international consultancy is searching for an experienced SAP data migration professional to join them as the Data Migration Lead. In this role, you will understand and implement the data migration strategy, working together with a variety of consultants and stakeholders.
仕事内容
【年収800万円～1200万円】
Responsibilities:

* Understand the data migration strategy including master data prep, procedures, tools and templates from the SAP central team
* Work directly with master data management consultants, customers, functional consultants and technical consultants
* Provide technical support for customers in data migration (planning, dry runs, migration)
* Facilitate the sign off of deliverables with customers
* Manage the data migration team

Requirements:

* 5+ years' SAP data migration experience
* 5+ years' experience leading teams using global delivery models (onsite/offshore)
* Experience with the complete software project lifecycle; an understanding of the importance of data conversion and the time commitment involved
* Strong technical problem solving skills and an ability to troubleshoot complex issues
* Native level Japanese; business English
