【Salary negotiable based on experience】Responsibilities:
* Lead recruitment processes for PR and non-PR roles across the Japanese market
* Develop a database of quality candidates for use in future recruiting
* Ensure efficacy by communicating with hiring managers
* Represent the company's recruitment function, managing the company's reputation and your own
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in advertising, PR, marketing, or communications
* Experience in recruitment firm or in-house recruiting
* High level proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Advanced fluency in both Japanese and English
