* File internal documents and contracts with business partners
* Maintain and renew contracts with employees, customers, and suppliers
* Maintain assets and leasing assets
* Perform various accounting tasks such as accounts payable and tax payments
* Perform various purchasing tasks such as placing orders and arranging deliveries
Requirements:
* Proficiency in MS Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Accounting knowledge preferred (Nissho Boki Level 2)
* English communication skills
* Flexible and responsible
