【年収600万円～900万円】Responsibilities:
* Maintain a proper accounting system according to local and corporate accounting standards
* Manage cash flow management within the organization
* Assist with the preparation of IFRS and JGAAP tax packages and liaise with external and internal tax advisors
* Coach and train accounting staff and manage and control their work hours
* Make relevant analysis and reports for HQ requirements and local management presentations
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA is a plus
* 5+ years' experience related to accounting/auditing/tax with experience managing at least 3 staff members
* Advanced level English and Japanese ability
* Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, SAP, and HFM
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
