An international mineral resources firm is recruiting for the role of Customer Service Representative. Located in Tokyo, you will be a customer liaison, supplying accurate information on products and services to resolve issues and build relationships with customers.
仕事内容
【年収600万円～800万円】
Responsibilities:

* Handle large amounts of calls
* Analyse customer needs to drive satisfaction
* Manage and resolve customer issues, keeping a log of customer interactions and solutions
* Ensure accurate and thorough information to develop positive customer relationships

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree
* 10+ years' customer support or client service experience
* Expertise in MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel)
* Native-level Japanese; intermediate English (TOEIC 700+)
* Experience in both multinational and manufacturing firms
