募集背景
An automation services company is searching for an HR Generalist to oversee tech recruiting operations. In this role, you will handle end-to-end recruitment processes including the management of recruitment agencies.
仕事内容
【Salary negotiable based on experience】
Responsibilities:

* Identify qualified candidates for both technical and non-technical positions
* Coordinate recruitment agency activities
* Conduct candidate screening, including technical tests and interviews
* Represent the company at job fairs and events
* Act as a key contact for employees regarding the workplace

Requirements:

* 3+ years' IT recruiting experience
* Track record in the development of technical teams
* MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PPT)
* Basic programming or technical background is a plus
