【Salary negotiable based on experience】Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Head of HR and executive management to define and develop the company's culture and organizational structure
* Execute key HR initiatives and ad-hoc organizational projects
* Inform senior management of significant organizational issues that could jeopardize the achievement of business objectives
* Assist with full-cycle recruiting efforts for various areas of the business
* Assess and address the morale of employees
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline
* 10+ years' combined experience in an HR generalist and recruiting role, preferably with an internet or media company; experience at a recruitment agency preferred
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong knowledge of regional employment laws and regulations
* Ability and willingness to travel
